Triporteur From Hell is a dark beer brewed with hellish burned and roasted BOM malt. The beer reminds us of chocolate, caramel, recently brewed coffee and freshly baked bread. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can cause a slight cloudiness. The taste of Hell keeps evolving in the bottle

Cork and cage into goblet. Nice light chestnut body with and antique white head. Nice and bubbly. Smells of raisin, banana and yeast. Refreshing on the tongue, not too heavy, with the raisin and prune really coming through. Solid beer, would drink again.

Caña en el lúpulo el 02-01-2015. Color caoba oscuro con espuma beige oscuro poco persistente. Aromas y sabores de maltas tostadas, algo caramelizadas y dulces. Poco amargo final. Cuerpo medio de 6.6 vol fácil de beber y algo denso. Toda una belga.

On tap @ 10 East - Aroma - caramel, chocolate, raisins and lots of yeast...all restrained very well. Appearance - deep brown body, creamy off-white head with average staying power. Flavor - it has a bready/earthy/mushroom-y flavor, medium sweetness, with a mild bitter finish. Palate - medium bodied, lively carbonation. Overall - A little bit on the overpriced side, but still quite enjoyable.

Brune très foncée, effervescence moyenne-faible, col brun crémeux. Principalement maltée, assez torréfiée, moka, un peu de fruits noirs, un peu aqueuse mais ronde en même temps.

I had a feeling this would fall into the gimmick category, particularly with the devil/hell theme and the matching "6.66%" ABV. This is crap. I feel like I’m being made a fool. Well, joke’s on you…picked this up on the cheap via an inexpensive pick-6. You’d have to be crazy to plop down the $18/4-pack price for this spent motor oil with grill scrapings. Hello drain.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy deep nut brown body with a large, creamy off-white head. Nose is caramel, bread dough, candi sugar, grains and hints of wheat, chocolate and biscuits. Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, bready yeast tones, wheat, grains and hints of bitter herbs and toasted bread. Medium to full body, high carbonation. A beer in the borderlands between a stout and a Belgian ale, without really being neither. Not bad, just not very good either.

’Diabolical’ ale with light beige, stable head and hazy dark burgundy colour. Aroma of raisins, caramel, apple, red wine, plums, banana; sweetish fruity onset, candi sugar, dryish, powdery mouthfeel, caramelly and somewhat chocolatey malt sweetness, spicy yeastiness, leafy and peppery hops in the finish. Very decent dubbel.
