COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Triporteur From Hell is a dark beer brewed with hellish burned and roasted BOM malt. The beer reminds us of chocolate, caramel, recently brewed coffee and freshly baked bread. The wheat malt in the unfiltered beer can cause a slight cloudiness. The taste of Hell keeps evolving in the bottle

33cl@ home.Dark brown coloured beer with medium carbonation and a large but slightly diminishing brown head. Stronger malty roasted hinted aroma with some bread dough thints. Full creamy palate. Finish is bitter creamy malty with a longer sweeter malty ending. Finish is rather monotone, but overall an enjoyable beer.

Cervesa amb tons molt torrats, a xocolata i cafè, també és dolça. Cerveza con toques tostados, a chocolate y café, también es dulce.

33cl bottle, last year’s Geers stashed at home, bb10/2015. Pours mahogani with beige head. Aromas of indeed roasted bread crust, yeast and caramel, - an open invitation to the bakery. Taste develops from Dunkel to porter through a range of bread crust, chestnut spread, maramite, liquorice and milk chocolate. Roasted caramel sweetness without sticking and an undefined hop spice linger. Definitely well-made, dense yet balanced, clocking in at under 7% - wonder what this could have been without added sugar. Tasty but tame considering its infernal provenance.

Good brown, creamy, long lasting head, with excellent lacing. Herbs, clove, plum in aroma. Medium body, average Co2, balanced finish. Fruity roasted taste. A little dissapointing after having the Triporteur from Heaven which was excellent.

Bottle. Pours a hazy brown-black with a high, pillowy, light tan head that leaves sticky lace. Nose is chocolate, maple, molasses, and a savory Worcestershire sauce edge. Smoky and dry on the tongue, with a savory richness; there’s a slight sweetness on the back of the tongue, but it neatly avoids the cloying syrupiness that plagues some Belgian ales. Finish is long and almost peaty in its smokiness. I really like this.

From 75cl into Westmalle glass. Pretty good beer on a Saturday afternoon in Belgium. Great pour - deep brown, big tan head with good retention. Like a U.S. milk stout or strong porter with a bit of Belgian funk. 6.66% ABV was the obvious draw, but this is nice.

Dark brown, disappearing beige head. nose: burned malts, alcoholic, earthy, human sweat. taste: roasted coffee, caramel, carbonated. has a long finish, bitter. Nose is bit less, but overall okey brown one.

Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass, ABV 6.6% Dark mahogany brown colour on the body, with a tall and thick light brown head. Great retention, it took ages to collapse. Medium lacing left on the glass fter it finally did. Aroma of lighlt roasted malts, caramel. Taste of roasted malts, red fruits, caramel, liquorice, ash. Quite bitter aftertaste. Medium body, good carbonation. Very good, nice label too on the bottle.
