Doré-couleur noisette, huileux sur le verre.
Arôme est top avec ce bouquet sympa de miel, côté organique avec de suite un bouquet plus caramélisé presque noisette.
Palais est ici aussi, doux, et ce côté noisette qui ressort bien sans être trop dérangeant. Le fleuri du miel arrive en fin de bouche et agrémente chaque gorgée.

UPDATED: APR 22, 2013 looks like a foamless, carbonationless lager. smells little alcohol, sweetness, tastes soft, balanced, way more drinkable and better than kurpiowski , wich is the onley other mead i had so far.
i absolutely love this mystery factor of the mead.. its unlabeled and made by ’some guy’ in germany, the (only?) shop that sells it has to make labels himself, there’s onley the site of the store as tekst on it, so i named this after this same shop.
Rerate ( from 3,8 ) its been open for half a year , and got even better . . Walnuts , complexer ,... Very nice !

UPDATED: APR 23, 2013 Hartelijk bedankt Kraddel hiervoor - 75 cl. geproefd - helder honing appelsap - zoete, lichte synthetische honing, was, kruidenthee, simpele witte suiker zoetheid - lichtjes bittere honing, wilde kruiden, kruidenthee, appelsap toets, was, witte suiker zoetheid, bijna hop-achtig op het einde, kruiden - minder vol dan andere mede tot nu toe, aangenaam, simpel, ok maar niet de top /// opnieuw gehad, zelfde fles als voorheen, vacuum bewaard, de smaak is opmerkelijk en eigenaardig zwaar op achteruit gegaan, de afdronk zit nu vol met kastanjes, heel lange blijvende kastanje bitterheid op het einde, leuk, score van 3.6 naar 4 verhoogd, maf
