3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear medium dark amber with a good foamy head and horizontal bands of lace. Not for the faint of hops. Starts innocently enough, with typical caramel malt, moves through a mostly mild palate, and then slams you with pine hops just as the flavor unwinds at the finish. Talk about delayed gratification - very visible hops, but you have to wait and wait. Interesting.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a clear amber. Small but persistent head, good lacing. Pretty to look at. Aroma is overhwelmingly grapefruitty, slightly resinous.Well-balanced maltiness and bitterness. Slightly sticky, resinous lasting bitterness. Solid IPA.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour from a 12oz bottle. Clear copper brew with off white head. Good head persistence. Excellent citrus aroma. Taste is medium sweet malts at the start transitioning to a nice citrus hoppiness and ending with a somewhate heavy handed herbal / floral bitter. A fine IPA but one that is in the pack in this incredibly competative category.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours amber with white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus hops. Taste is the same with some floral hops, a touch of malts. A little too watery, but not bad.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
decent IPA. mild hop and citrus and distinct malts - an overabundance of malt in my opinion, but solid and drinkable overall.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very well balanced, moderately hoppy beer. In the american spectrum it’s more like a hoppy pale ale, than the typical dry light body IPAs. Pours golden brown, nose is pretty malty, not much hops. Body is where it gets it done...pine, citrus, a little resin and very satisfying. Refreshing clean finish. Could use some hops up front both other than that very good.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Location/Date:Bottle on July 8th, 2012.
Appearance: Pours a dark copper.
Aroma: Aroma is of light citrus and floral notes.br/>
Taste: Medium bitterness, faint pine, some orange. Better than the nose.
Palate:Medium light body, quick finish.
Summary: First off, thanks to Dave for the beer! This is a solid IPA. I’m unsure why the nose isn’t stronger, and at times i wish the taste was a little cleaner, but it’s enjoyable.

Sampled at 2012 Indianapolis Brew Ha Ha. A really nicely put together beer. Great hop profile. Alcohol is masked well. A light bodied but stronger beer.

12 ounce from Khan’s downtown shop. Slightly bitter with medium hop presence. Nothing really separates this one from the back, though it’s drinkable. I expected more.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Well first off the description says golden. this is far from golden. That being said it smells great! Citrus, floral pines, grapefruit, various fruit juices, with syrupy Carmel saps. Flavor is again rich citrus, fruits and sticky caramel malt sugars with a moderately to lightly dry finish. some sweetness from the dark caramels. Heavy bitter finish. Full body and flavor. A good Indiana IPA.
