Pours a copper color with a good head and very good lace. The aroma is lightly floral and lightly roasty. The flavor has a defined biscuit maltiness but is well balanced with a mild fruity hoppiness. Tasty stuff.

Tap at the Philly location: Hazy amber with a light tan head. Citrusy spicy cascade notes mesh with a softly rounded caramel malt presence. Nice creamy body- the hops seem subdued in the flavor- it’s dominated by a caramelized pale malt body with a mild resiny back. I’d like the hops to be a bit more assertive (more of them) but it’s still decent.

Low bitterness, some malts, a bit on the thin side for me. I think I like the over hopped amber versions a little better lately. Sampled @ the Princeton location.
