3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Princeton. Golden color with white head. Kind of weak hop flavor at first taste, then a very dominant citrus flavor takes over. The citrus flavor plays well with the hops. Doesn’t particularly succeed as an IPA in my book, but a pleasant beer to drink ignoring the name.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear pale gold color with a thin white head. Perfumy hops aroma. Weird hops flavor, feels soapy. Light and oily palate with soft carbonation.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the New Hope location:
An unpredictably faint aroma for an IPA, especially considering that their Amber Ale and ESB possessed potent hop presentations. Mostly citrusy and fruity, with some grainy malts. Oh well.
Frail body for the style, with a presentable hop bitterness. Hop flavor does not satisfy though, falling into the yeasty dryness trap. This is dusty, not malty enough for my tastes, and the hops are as bright as they could be. A disappointing rendition.
The pot of gold was in reality just painted in a shiny yellow colour.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear golden, generous white head, lacing well, but diminishing to cover rapidly. Once again another unusual beer, showcasing particularly grainy malts that never really can pretend to support the hops adequately. Bitter, tea-like green hops. Medium bodied, slow carbonation. Atypical example that might gain from being a bit more structured in its maltiness.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a very light amber with a small head. A solid IPA, complimented the burger I had at their restaraunt very nicely.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
New Hope location. Clear, pale copper body with a cottony white head. Unique floral aroma with some mildly toasted fruity malt. Quality malt character with nice depth. Not particularly hop-centered, relatively speaking. Has an unexpected prominent grape flavor and considerable residual sweetness and an impression of subdued bitterness. This is an unusual IPA with some rich, malty depth.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Princeton BP. Clear golden color with a small white head. A bit of hops on the nose, but really had to strain to pick out any aroma at all. Mildly sour flavor with very little malt or hops present. The Amber Ale was much more hoppy and flavorful than this IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured a hazy orange color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of orange citrus, tangerines, and caramel malts. Taste of citrus fruits, light caramel malts, and a dry bitterness (grapefruit) in the finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap in Princeton. Weak IPA in my opinion. Aroma and taste were hoppy yet watery at the same time. No flavor really jumped out at me.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Color is amber/gold. Aroma is mostly hops, with some malt. Medium body, with hop flavors, and a bit of malt. Somewhat dry. Doesn’t go far enough for the style.
