Dec 29, 2004 Pours black with a small light brown head. Hints of the Irish Dry stout with a touch of overripe cherry. The cherry is not overdone, just right. Sharp malty finish. Nice

Nov 27, 2004 On tap at the brewpub in Princeton. This was a pretty interesting beer. Regular, maybe dry stout up front, with a subtle sour cherry kick in the finish. The cherry became more apparent as it warmed. Not bad.
