Jun 30, 2008 on tap @Garden State Beerfest-pours a thin to patchy white head with yellow color. Aroma is faint light grain, spice hops. Taste is light malt that dominates, then some spice/perfumy/continental hops. Easy drinking. OK/mild carbonataion.

Sep 29, 2006 gabf 06. straw color. Aroma is slightly spicy and of sweet malt. Taste is sweet malt and spicy hops up front with a crisp dry finish.

Feb 3, 2006 2/1/06. New Hope. I was told "this is not a czech pilsener" by someone who apparently has been there many times, and is also crazy. Not so bad. Some of the Saaz poking up. Decent pils, though maybe not a CZECH pils. Czech yo’ self before you Wrech yo’ self

Jan 3, 2006 Sweet malts come through in the nose with the saaz hops pushing their way up as you take your first sip. Very light body midway through with a little spicy / bitter finish adding to the dryness.
One of the first pilseners I have ever appreciated.
