Cask at Princeton. Very British hop aroma, though spicy with potato. Red pour with a small head. Mild, earthy hop flavor with a nice calm body. Relaxing and pleasant.

Aug 3, 2008 On draft at the New Hope location 6/22/08 with Lil Lauren. Pours a light coppery amber with a medium sized creamy white head. Aroma of tangy citrus and bitter hops. Taste of tangy light citrus with hints of simcoe and amarillo hops.

Jun 29, 2008 Handpump at the Princeton location. Aroma is quite fruity with lots of cherry and berry character. A light earthy grainy malt base and a fairly low spicy hoppiness. It could use a slightly higher hopping rate or a bit of dry hops as well. Decent ESB.

Oct 7, 2007 On tap at their New Hope brewpub. Hand pump served at 50-55 degrees. Pours a cloudy Golden amber with a moderate, creamy off-white head that lasted through most of the glass. Pleasant aroma of malt and caramel with some hops noted as well. Flavor was lightly toasted malt with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Lingering bitterness well after the swallow. Nice examlple of an ESB from Triumph.

May 22, 2007 On tap in Princeton. It was a clear, dark gold with a creamy, off-white head. A head which held to the bottom of the glass. A strong malt flavor was followed by a big hop hit. Full bodied flavor with a lingering hop aftertaste.
