20070422 Snifter at Princeton joint. Pink. Vigorously effy. Opaque. Lots of fruit, light cracker malts, mild alcohol in background. Overall nice stuff. Not too sweet but really not tart at all. Dry finish. Alcohol emerges with temp. Sublime aroma. Brought a growler home.

This is the way I like fruit beers. A wonderful raspberry aroma but just a hint in the flavor. Slightly tart with a dry finish. Very nice reddish color.

Draft @ Triumph Philly. This one has some nice red color with a bit of tart raspberry in the nose. Flavor is light and fruity. Not bad, just not all that memorable.

On tap at Princeton. It pours a hazy dark pink color with a small light pink head. The smell is very tart and fruity. The taste is very sour, with notes of berries. Finish was medium with a tart, bitter feel to it. This one didn’t really do it for me. I am not a big fan of the style.

Draft at the Princeton brewery. It was pale red and cloudy. It was pale red and cloudy. It had a strong flavored, sour fruit taste. Some sediment left in the glass. It was pleasanr, an excellent representative of the style.
