KSBF 08 on tap. Light pour smallish head. Wheaty aroma. The flavor was light, floral with noticeable honey presence over a hay/wheat backbone. Pilsner like, but definitely wheaty. Not bad...crisp and refreshing.

Tap at Princeton. Surprisingly decent. Pils malt with light sugar, unassertive. Punchy flavor with wheat and mild and nice. Very light body, almost water, but at least with no flaws.

Tap at the Princeton location. Pale straw colour, low aroma with just a touch of light hay and straw. Tastes sort of bready on the back of the palate. Light and drinkable, but it’s pretty boring.

Draft. Pours yellow with a white head. Matly aroma with grain and grass. Light body. Flavor is again malt and grain with a light honey sweetness. Pretty good actually.

Philly location. Very light and plain to me. Did not taste the honey. Looks nice, but really didn’t do much for me.

The Honey Lager is a excellent drinkable beer. Excellent color and aroma. I drink this every time I go to the Philadelphia location.

A very nice example of the style. Sampler at Princeton. Light, clear, yellow golden body with a faint head. Light on the tongue, and very crisp. Very little in the way of hops. A very light drinking experience, and enjoyable too. Tasty, simple, clean, crisp, just not really my style of beer. light white head, clean rich taste, grass, hay.
