Zeswaft (1000), Seattle, Washington, USA May 27, 2007 pretty weak but a nice refreshing beer that has some decent flavor to it. basically a little sweeter than some type of lager. Grandpa (325), Verona, New York, USA Apr 18, 2007 This is a pretty one, clear pale yellow with a big pure white head. The malt was pale as was the hops. Light as a wheat should be, with a pleasant honey-like sweetness. It went down well and left a light but good memory, as a wheat should. RiverHorse (454), New Jersey, USA Apr 11, 2007 Tap at Princeton. Pours a very light golden color with a small white head. The scent is bread and honey. The aroma was lacking in my opinion. The taste wasn’t all that complex and I think that this beer could be better with more hops and a better balance. mansquito (819), Boston/Philadelphia, USA Apr 1, 2007 It has a nice peachy colour to it w/ loose lookin’ head that leaves some lacing. Smells all malty and what not. The taste is very, very wheaty (as could be imagined). Obviously low on hops and high on the maltiness. The finish has a more sour bite to it at the end. Not too much in the way on honey taste as far as I am concerned. The beer, as expected, is also somewhat watery, but that is ok. Prcaus (159), New Jersey, USA Feb 27, 2007 On tap and at home due to a mirco brew having growlers. This is one of the Triumph lighter alcohols with a nice sweet aroma, a Golden color, and smooth taste. Goes down really easy. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA Feb 4, 2007 Piercingly dry. No hint of honey or wheat. A disappointment, not a triumph. smartlung (154), Valrico, Florida, USA Jan 27, 2007 glass in Princeton, clear white head, aroma is medium sweet, floral, slightly malty, not bad
whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 13, 2006 New Hope. Clear yellow-straw body with a clean, sudsy white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon citrus, honeysuckle, and melon. Solid wheatiness in the flavor with pale honey tones, moderate sweetness, light but notable bitterness, and cleansing acidity. Light grassiness in the flavor. Decent and refreshing, just not a style that I can find a place for outside of 100 degree heat.
