The Lure:
Fat and lazy maltiness isn’t helped by the fruity honey. Wheat is present in loose grain form, melting into the minty honey adequately. It’s a honey wheat, and nothing more. But it’s well-brewed.

The Festivities:
Fruity and minty honey sweetness finishes almost syrupy. It is accordingly inhabited by wheat cereal, which works well with the honey and malt. But I still do not have a taste for honey wheats.

Transcendence:
I hate getting up too early in the morning.

Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Medium intensity aroma of wheat and honey. Good flavor of wheat and honey, no I’m serious it’s good. The body has a medium to full thickness, a creamy texture and strong carbonation. Probably THE best honey wheat out there.

Clear golden pour, the head is white and smallish. Ripening honey character stays diplomatic in the nose, but becomes quite dynamic and filling in mouth, offering a jolly support to the distinctive wheatiness. Herbal, focused and almost smoky rendition. Medium bodied, softly carbonated. Eh.. what can I say, it is flawlessly executed.

Pours a slight cloudy golden. Citrus aroma. Taste of honey and wheat. Goes down smooth. A nice summer brew. A bit light overall.

On tap at the brewpub in New Hope. Pours a golden color with a whitish head that disappears I bit quickly. Subdued flavor with malt and a bit of sweetness from the honey.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear, light golden color with a small white head. Mild aroma of malt and little else. Flavor was bland and not real interesting. A bit of sweet malt and that’s about it.

Pours yellow/golden with a white head. Weak aroma and flavor. Descent maltiness, but that was really it.

On tap, in Princeton. Pours gold/yelow, with a white head. Light aroma of hops and malt, with some sweetness. Flavor is malt, with some honey. I guess this is their beer for people who frink BMC.
