beerbuzzmontreal (2909), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Oct 12, 2005 Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head. Medium intensity aroma of wheat and honey. Good flavor of wheat and honey, no I’m serious it’s good. The body has a medium to full thickness, a creamy texture and strong carbonation. Probably THE best honey wheat out there. Rastacouere (5551), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 11, 2005 Clear golden pour, the head is white and smallish. Ripening honey character stays diplomatic in the nose, but becomes quite dynamic and filling in mouth, offering a jolly support to the distinctive wheatiness. Herbal, focused and almost smoky rendition. Medium bodied, softly carbonated. Eh.. what can I say, it is flawlessly executed. TomDecapolis (3130), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 30, 2005 Pours a slight cloudy golden. Citrus aroma. Taste of honey and wheat. Goes down smooth. A nice summer brew. A bit light overall. beerbill (1919), Laurel, New York, USA Jun 30, 2005 On tap at the brewpub in New Hope. Pours a golden color with a whitish head that disappears I bit quickly. Subdued flavor with malt and a bit of sweetness from the honey. jimmack (1221), Nutley, New Jersey, USA Jun 12, 2005 On tap at the brewpub. Clear, light golden color with a small white head. Mild aroma of malt and little else. Flavor was bland and not real interesting. A bit of sweet malt and that’s about it. wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA May 14, 2005 Pours yellow/golden with a white head. Weak aroma and flavor. Descent maltiness, but that was really it. zathrus13 (1288), Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA Apr 18, 2005 On tap, in Princeton. Pours gold/yelow, with a white head. Light aroma of hops and malt, with some sweetness. Flavor is malt, with some honey. I guess this is their beer for people who frink BMC. dberger624 (1028), Phila, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 14, 2005 Part of the sampler at the New Hope, Pa brewery. Nothing special. Nice smooth beer. Couldn’t taste the honey.
