My first beer from a growler so I expected it to be a little flat. Very little head with almost no carbonation. Light malty aroma to go with the light golden color. Flavor is very much malts. Don't really detect any hops in there. Finish is very smooth and slightly dry. Maybe a very light honey taste but not much. Not what I would expect from a wheat beer at all. illinismitty (1811), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

I am not a fan of American Wheats, but this is very solid for what it is. Pours golden with white head. Sweet wheat malt and honey flavors, but with a thin mouthfeel. Dry finsih, with some faint bitterness. Again, a good example of the style, but not my personal cup of tea blipp (1772), Newark, New Jersey, USA

Flavor is again malt and grain with a light honey sweetness. Pretty good actually. JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA

Flavor is a bit wheaty with some light honey plus some cheap malt. Could be much better, but the macro-drinking friends I bring along love it. obxdude10 (1566), Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of some light wheaty fruitiness, some graininess, honey notes and a bit of citrus. Sweetish fruity flavor with a bit of honey, grainy notes and a bit of wheat. Light-bodied. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Oct 5, 2003 An OK beer. Light and golden. Relatively clean aroma. You can taste the American hops, as they linger on your palate as you finish the beer. Nothing really distinguishing about the flavor. nickd717 (1415), Palo Alto, California, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 5, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. Clear, watery yellow color with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma of grain and wheat. Flavor is honey, wheat, pale malt, and grain. Very light. Palate incredibly watery, almost like a Coors Light. Drinkable I guess, but really didn’t have much to it.
