Sample at the Princeton location: Pours a pale yellow-gold color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Spotty lacing. Mild honey and malt in the nose. Light clean body with malt, honey and wheat flavors. The finish is wehaty and malty with a lingering honey aftertaste. Average overall.

Clear light straw body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet (honey), some grassy. Taste is medium sweet, grassy (medium intensity). Light body. Ok summery beer with genuine flavor -- no sign of wheat, but that’s Ok.

An OK beer. Light and golden. Relatively clean aroma. You can taste the American hops, as they linger on your palate as you finish the beer. Nothing really distinguishing about the flavor.

Clear golden pour, the head is white and smallish. Ripening honey character stays diplomatic in the nose, but becomes quite dynamic and filling in mouth, offering a jolly support to the distinctive wheatiness. Herbal, focused and almost smoky rendition. Medium bodied, softly carbonated. Eh.. what can I say, it is flawlessly executed.

On tap at the Triumph Brew Pub in New Hope.. Poured a light yellow with a small head. As in its color, too light for me (in aroma and tastes). Some honey wheat and grain. Thin body.

Pours a slight cloudy golden. Citrus aroma. Taste of honey and wheat. Goes down smooth. A nice summer brew. A bit light overall.

Tasted almost like a macrobrew, although had a bit more complexity. Very weak flavors, nothing to write home about. Seems to be their uninteresting basic beer.

(11/10/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Philadelphia. Clear golden. Aroma of some light wheaty fruitiness, some graininess, honey notes and a bit of citrus. Sweetish fruity flavor with a bit of honey, grainy notes and a bit of wheat. Light-bodied.
