COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It tastes like a glassful of pumpkin pie, and no wonder! Loads of pumpkin, along with our own blend of spices, give this orange-colored ale the festive flavor that’s perfect for the season.

Sample at the Princeton location: Pours a clear reddish-orange color with a compact light beige head that burns off quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of pumpkin, malt and nutmeg. Light-bodied with mild pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, along with other spices in the background. The finish remains pumpkin-y with a short herbal aftertaste. Dickinsonbeer (5076) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - FEB 8, 2009
Pours a light coppery orange- mostly clear and a small fizzy white head. Aroam is typical pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, clovey and fruity esters with a moderate lightly toasted sweet malt backbone. Flavor is also nicely sweet, toasted malts, caramel and slight honey with all the pumpkin pie spices in moderate amounts. Creamy and smooth body and aftertaste. Standard Pumpkin ale- nothing too unique or outstanding, but not bad at all.

TomDecapolis (4394) - Lawrence, Kansas, USA - OCT 22, 2005
UPDATED: OCT 23, 2005 On tap at the New Hope location. Pours a slightly hazy orange amber with an average size off white lacing head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, pie crust and pumpkin. Flavors of the same. This was a very solid Pumpkin Ale. Right up there with the Weyerbacher and DFH, maybe not quite as solid...but close. Walked out with a growler of it.
