3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
6.21.05 at Princeton brewpub. I missed this every other time it’s been offered, and happened on it by accident this time around. Nice. A quality vienna, a quality lager.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured dark golden with a thin white head. The head was short lasting. Aroma was bready and fruity. A little weak. Solid malty taste. Certainly a descent session beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
I do not enjoy lagers normally, but this one is an exception. Grainy aroma, golden pour. Light malts and tastes of doughy goodness abound.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
12.22.04 Princeton. Dark gold pour, slight ring of foam lingers. Bready aromas, other sweetness, pepper. Lagery flavors that I don’t like and plenty of malts like malted white flour. Seems like a missed opportunity to fill a tap with this during the winter beer season.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at the Princeton Location. Clear deep golden beer, no head, no lace. Nice example of the style: clean full malt flavor and body - lager style; easy on the hops, great carbonation. Well-made, however, this style just doesn’t have enough character for my taste.
