Mar 25, 2006 Aroma of citrus, malts and spices. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a thin, off-white head. Taste is sweet, citric, yeast, perhaps some honey in it. Bit watery body. Okay brew.

Dec 14, 2005 Bottle at Microbar. Peach-coloured with almost no head. Rich fruity aroma. Sweet with lots of spiciness. Rather complex wheatbeer with warming alcohol. Medium body. In short, a very nice beer from an interesting small brewery.

Nov 11, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a tall and frothy - but collapsing - head. Aroma of citrus, coriander and yeast. Very soft, almost creamy mouthfeel. Light-bodied with fruity esters and marked notes of citrus and coriander. A very lovely and unusually strong Belgian wit. 111105
