Bottle, 33 l. Hazy pale yellow colour with big white head. Aroma wheaty with coriander. Medium body. For me it’s a better whitebeer. Refreshing.

Ottima blanche, la gradazione alcolica piuttosto elevata per il genere non si sente; è più ’in stile’ della Honnelles, per dire, e anche più ’semplice’ anche se altrettanto gustosa.... gnam

I had this after a few other good Belgian beer. Despite of that (or maybe because of that) I really liked this. A manly and quite heavy witbeer with a typical Belgian power combined with some lightness of the wheat. The yeast is characteristic and interesting.

Color amarillo pálido.Espuma blanca y corona densa y persistente.Bonitos anillos de encaje.Aromas de pan, levadura y maltas lígeramente tostadas con matices florales y de naranja.Sabor suave de platano y leve especiado.Toques de piel de naranja y cilantro.Sensación fresca, cuerpo medio y agradable y leve diacetil.Gentil carbonatación. At KBW in Vichte (B). It’s a hazy yellow colored beer, with a nice foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, some sweet of orange. Wheaty and some spices. The taste is a bit bitter, with a little sweet and spicy notes of coriander. Dry and refreshing.

Bevuta in bottiglia da 33 cl al bar San Siro di Genova. E’ una ottima blanche in grande stile, schiuma abbondante, colore paglierino, sapore agrumato e un grado alcolico abbastanza alto ma che non si sente per nulla. Davvero piacevole e beverina

(Bottled) Hazy golden color with lots of (fine) floating yeast. Sweetish, strawberry-honeyish aroma. Honey-fruity, slightly sugary flavor with a moderate, slightly flowery hopping. Medium-bodied, quite thick, refreshing palate with quite low carbonation. A very pleasant, very refreshing brew.
