[Bottle (12oz)] Pours a deep golden-orange with an average size lasting frothy white head. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma: Wow, nice, with lots of resiny hops backed by bready malt, fruit, light spices and a hint of rye malt. Flavour tastes like it says, a hoppy Harvest Ale. Decent bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very good stuff.

Hop Knife from Giant Eagle in Westerville Ohio. Hop Knife is a clear bright copper brew with a thin head of white bubbles. Nose is medium malt and good strong hops of a pine needle variety. Body is lively and mild to moderate thickness. taste is sharp on the tongue, with medium malt base beneath resolving into good bitters on the back end. a very nice beer.

Catching up on the backlog....maybe. Pours a nice clear amber/orange color wiht a small white head. Aroma is of some ripe mango, papaya, oranges, grass and some interesting sweet syrupy notes. Taste is fresh tropical fruits, mango, sweet/bitter orange peel, bitter citrus, light grass. body is a bit thin, but this is a great hop profile.
