Warm orange-red sitting in the glass. Smells like oranges and flowers, oranges and flowers, and oranges and flowers. An interesting rendition of an amber. The hops aren't bitter, but boy do they sure overwhlem the mouth. I imagine that chewing rose petals would be something like this.

Pours a translucent copper-orange with a tall white head. Nose is almost wholly hop laden but there is an underlying sweetness to be found. The taste is more of the same - hops! Citrusy and thick with a resinous mouthfeel. Some sweetness tries to creep in here as well but kind of gets pushed out. Finishes with hop bitterness but not too offending of an aftertaste. Pretty good beer. More an IPA, I think.

Had this draft last night. I think this is one of troegs best beers. A very close rendition of the Sierra Celebration. Nice amber color, great head retention. Great hop aroma and flavor followed with the light characteristic crystal malt flavor. Job well done!

Pours a clear copper with a normal-sized white head. Pure hoppy aroma with some pale malt. Good light sweetness in the full body with a very nice crisp hop finish. A remarkably refreshing and clean amber. Thanks urbnhautebourg!

Hop aroma was stronger than the hop taste. * Had this at a beer club meeting with many other beers, hence I don't remember all my comments - only the ratings which I wrote down at the time.

Hop lover's delight. Deep amber color. Lasting head. Hoppy/citrussy aroma. Hoppy/citrussy flavor, with just a slight carmel malt note. Would rate higher with a little more malt character. Good for what it is.

The first one I drank was O.K. It looked almost flat with little to no head. Strange taste of hops covered up with a very sugary malt flavor. Might have been the bottle?, tried one the next day 90% better. Good balanced malt flavor with a kick of hops at the end.
