Feb 24, 2007 Pours cloudy amber with a small off white head. Malty aroma with hints of fruity hops. Taste is smooth and earthy. Nice malt with subtle hops. Well balanced. Great amber.

Feb 24, 2007 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear medium amber color with a small amount of off-white bubbles around the edges. Rich malts, nice yeast, subtle earthy hops and spices. Light bodied, crisp and well carbonated. Watery ending of malts and hops.

Feb 23, 2007 Bottle: Pours a clear orange with a thin white head, bread and pine in the aroma, medium bodied with solid carbonation, starts and ends way too bitter to be an amber ale. This is an IPA people, maybe with some English notes, but mainly USA IPA throughout..

Feb 19, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours a deep orangey amber with a large foamy off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of hops while the taste is malty with only a slight hops finish. Very nice beer.
