From bottle to pint, first sniff i get grapefruit, first swish confirms grapefruit. I’m not fond of IPA but this may make me try more.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2014 From bottle. Lovely, clean amber. Big floral, hemp nose. Taste like orange sherbet. Creamy. Very enjoyable. Overall, this a well balanced and highly drinkable IPA.

Ok this beer is much better than .5 however when I went into the shop there was a 2 six pack limit on this shit, so I figured it must be good. What the F is the hype over this crap. It basically tastes like any Sam Adams ale or any other run of the mill shit like that. Not even hoppy AT ALL. So because I got raped by their marketing scheme they get .5 pts. Trust me this beer is average.

On cask @ mission Dolores. Amber red pour with thick white head lots of lace. Nose is pine and malt, sweet malt backbone to the taste, some citrus zest, piney hop resin. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty glorious stuff, especially on cask

Poured from bottle into tulip: Pours amber with a thick white head, good retention, nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, and sweet malt. Taste is sweet but incredibly well balanced with the citrus hoppy goodness. Slightly sticky mouthfeel, incredibly tasty. I miss my keg of this. This beer is in a league of its own, very unique. One of my all-time favorites.

Drank from bomber. Smells like a hop bomb. Tastes of citrus, pineapple, peach, and bread. I love this beer. Nice piney dry taste up front with a little bitterness at the end.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from a trade with Dave. Thanks! Poured a copper orange into my snifter at home. Great pillow white head and lacing throughout the glass. Aroma of pine, resin, hay, grass and cereal. The taste was pungent but good with the pine and floral notes coming through but a heavier malt presence. Great mouth feel with a slight bitter finish. Medium to light body. Awesome job.

Aroma of citrus and dried fruit, a rich dark amber colour, with a thick well laced head. A smooth hoppy taste, with hints of citrus and fruit. A mildly bitter palate.
