If flavor and aroma hops and high-gravity beer is your bag, then this is a beer to add to your list. In addition to the malty sweetness and chewy hop flavor, the beer is a very pleasant amber color. Plenty of carbonation for such a stong brew adds to the hop aroma. cantchangeit (35), Virginia, USA

I try to carry a few bottles in my checked baggage when I go to the Pacific Northwest and B.C. for my annual ski trip. The full flavour bursts with a fine balance of hops and malt. jordanartuso (26), lansing, Michigan, USA

Pours to a beautiful. bright, light amber color, with a thick, white head, and a good bit of carbonation. The nose on this beer is very fragrant with lots of zesty citus hop aromas of lemon and grape fruit. The palate is firm with some good sweet and caramel malt, paired with a nice back drop of candied citron hop flavor. Nugget Nectar finishes with more candied hop flavor up front, then ends with a zesty, pungent burst of lemon and grape fruit hop bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Impressive beer which really showcases hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness. A perfect aperitif beer. beerczar69 (39), Pennsylvania, USA
