Nothing too complex here, pretty standard pale ale. Hoppy bitter finish to a light colored beer. Good, not great!

Pretty standard American Pale. Bitter hops all around. Blah. Nothing makes this beer standout. It blends in and is a style I don’t get. If I want to be overly hopped I’d choose an IPA.

Pours a clear gold with a medium white head...nice lacing and retention. Aroma is grassy and a bit spicy. Flavor is somewhat grassy and has a big of malty sweetness and a hint of spicy hops. Mouthfeel is light and smooth and the finish is slightly spicy and dry.

Bought this bottle at a local Canals poured into a pint glass.
Upon pouring I gave a scent check, beautiful aroma. Slightly hoppy smell, with a nice fruity scent (banana?). Very appealing scent. It is a light amber, similar to Miller Light. The head was huge and bumpy. It did not cling to the side as expected.
First taste was brilliant, this is not a very hoppy tasting beer, though the taste is there. Slight fruity scent, possibly banana? Feels nice in the mouth, smooth. This is a very drinkable beer at 5.4%, goes down smooth.

Served on-tap into a standard pint at the Troegs tasting room.
A - Pours pale yellow with a dense one finger head, dissipating to a light film, leaving sticky lacing down the glass.
S - Some piney, grassy, hops up front with a touch of sweetness from the pale malts. A good balance of hop bitterness and malt sweetness. A bit on the under-welming side but still a very nice nose.
T - Crisp lemony twang up front from the hops giving way quickly to a touch of malt sweetness. Finish is a nearly even balance of hop bitterness and malt sweetness. Very clean, crisp, taste that goes down oh so easy. A very nice example of a mild pale ale.
M - Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Nice lively feel with a mix of light malt sweetness and some hop bitterness lingering on the pallet for some time.
D - Fairly high. Clean, crisp, taste is very refreshing. I am not the biggest fan of pale ale’s but this one is very nice.

Tellers (Hyde Park Cincinnati) Beer Dinner. Clear honey color with a generous head and fair lacing. Caramel malt and honey with a mild lemon citrus bittering to balance. Good choice to introduce one to hops as they are present, but don’t overpower; the hops then dissipate quickly leaving the malt to finish. Served with an Olive Pizza appetizer.

Bottle. A decent American Pale Ale. Mild hoppy taste with some citrus in the background. Light bitter finish that quickly fades away. Not bad but nothing outstanding.

From a bottle to a pilsner. Clear golden color. Nice hoppy bitter flavor. I really like this one.
