COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tröegs Pale Ale is an American style Pale Ale that is aggressively hopped with Northwest Cascades and balanced with Belgian crystal malts to create a hoppy, copper-colored crisp ale. An excellent example of a classic American Pale Ale.

Two bottles poured into a .5 litre tall glass. Great copper color. Frothy head that follows the beer down to the bottom of the glass. Great session beer. Sturdy pale ale that shows its hops, with out wrecking your pallet.

2013/12/09 - Pours a clear copper colour, with a small, fluffy white head that quickly reduces to a lingering surface film. Aroma is citrus, spices and floral hops. Taste is orange and lemon citrus, biscuit malts, spices, slight hops and a tart/slightly sour aftertaste. Mouthfeel is thin with medium carbonation and a mildly bitter and juicy finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is funky and sour. Taste is overall pretty good but too much acidity and sourness. Ill hvae to try again at another time to make sure its not bad. The body is nice, palate is nice but funky taste ruins it.

Pours an orangish gold. Aroma of citrus and indistinct spices. Tastes of orange rinds and some lemon, a touch of bitter. Balanced with hints of breads and syrup from malts. A tad thin on the palate.

Bottle from trade. Thanks! Pours a clear golden color with a nice small fluffy white head. Aroma is floral with some nice citrus and herbal notes. Flavor is a nice juicy light citrus with mild bitter and a sweet malt backbone. Goes down easy with plenty of carbonation. Nice simple exposition of the style. Good stuff.

Bottle. Clear gold pour with frothy lacy white head. Citrusy, peppery hop aroma, clean cascade aroma, light bready malts. Taste is hoppy, light bitterness, nice light malt sweetness. Good carbonation, smooth palate. Nice little pale ale.

Nice citrisy aroma. A little light but still nice. Nice golden color with a very little head. (poured from bottle) Taste is really good and texture is slightly syrupy but still light. Looking forward to drinking again.

A sprightly citrus aroma welcomes you to a taste that says pineapple to me. A clean yellow, nectar with decent head and some lacing. A very nice mouthfeel with good body. Overall, it’s a good pale ale for summer.
