3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft in a plastic cup at TD Garden, Boston, MA before a Bruins Game. 5 April, 14 vs. the Philadelphia Flyers. Aroma is honey and floral hop presence.
Malt is sweet biscuit, bread and honey balanced by crisp floral hops. Main base of the brew is grainy. The palate was medium to light bodied with a crisp texture floral after bite. Drying texture. After the first cup I was ready for another. Very easy to session this. Easy drinking and simple.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Good balance of hop and malt in the aroma. The texture of the beer is smooth, some notes of butter not very carbonated. The taste is balanced and is true to the style.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours light amber. 1+ finger head with moderate lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and herbs. Tastes grapefruit, pine, sweet crystal malts, slightly bready. Medium body. Nice bitter/slightly sweet finish that lingers begging for another sip. This is one of my favorite pale ales.

Perpetual IPAs younger sister. You can definitely taste some Perpetual in this beer. A light brownish tint. An aroma that a Pale Ale should have.

Golden amber pour from bottle with thin white foam head. Very flowery. Really refreshing for a Pale Ale. I enjoy it in the mix packs as I don’t typically seek out the pale ale style. Overall pretty good beer and I’m never disappointed with any Troegs brew!
