COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Perpetual IPA (Imperial Pale Ale, not India Pale Ale). In our constant evolution as a brewery, we’ve developed a drive to meld artisanal and mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. We’re always testing the boundaries of modern brewing.

Bottle to glass. Amber color and medium head. Nose of floral, grass, citrus, pine and a bit of skunky. Really taste the pine and some citrus fruits. Easy on the tongue and overall well balanced brew.

12 oz. can. Clear orange-golden with a lasting disc of widely varying bubble sizes. Smells of zesty citrus, fresh toasted grain and some honey-floral notes that almost seem to have some heather pollen. Tastes of caramel, resin, spicy pollen, grapefruit zest and more tropical fruit notes. Long finish is a bit rough with wooden hops and more alcohol than expected for 7.5%, but not so much to make this a disaster. Medium body has smooth, low-medium carbonation and is to the dry side.

At Harvest Grill. Dark golden dense head leaving lace. Orange hop aroma. Nice citrus hop flavor, full palate, lingering hop profile

From can. Clean, golden red. Rather constrained head of tropical fruit and hops. Hint of funk. Taste is orange sherbet, cut grass, passion fruit and a decent amount of warm malts. Creamy mouthfeel. Really well done.

An outstanding ipa....pours a brilliant gold color and tastes beautiful and bitter. Slightly floral and hippy, all the best things in a beer. It’s a great craft beer and a session beer all at the same time.

A solid beer, but turns out to be too hoppy for my taste. The citrus taste never comes through. But my friend, who doesn't care for much citrus, really liked this brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Medium dirty piney nose. Common straw color. Good, moderate bitterness right away / mild caramel enters to create balance / good mildly sweet finish. Medium body. Very pleasant, not overwhelming in any direction.

Bottle from BOTW. Golden with amber, lacy head. Nice tropical hop nose, not huge, but nice, oranges, a bit of thinner, peaches. Nice flavors. Citrus, lightly stinky tropical fruits, very peppery, tingly finish. Rather sweet, some esters, melon. Not ridiculously sweet. Good stuff.
