Perpetual IPA (Imperial Pale Ale, not India Pale Ale). In our constant evolution as a brewery, we’ve developed a drive to meld artisanal and mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. We’re always testing the boundaries of modern brewing.

bottle @ Jungle Jims / Cincinnati OH --- Aroma of malt and tropical fruit. Nearly clear bright medium amber, smooth 1" white head, sheets of lace. Taste is Caramel malt that moves quickly to a swallow that has fizz and neutral hops. The hops knock the malt out of the way, but the malt recovers, returning for an exceptionally balanced finish. A terrific IPA, light in the stomach, complex, and balanced.

Zesty spice grain aroma A clear golden amber body with white two fingered head. The lingers and laces the glass nicely.Smooth malty English style IPA. Feels slick and smooth. Not your typical IPA. Refreshing and well done.

This is a rather solid IPA. Well balanced bitter to sweet ratio. Not over the top on the hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Beers of the World, Henrietta. Resin and light fruity aroma. Smooth resin and pine, citrus fruits, sweet and slightly boozy finish, with bitter undertones. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours golden with a giant white head. Smells of grapefruit, flowers. Taste is grapefruit peel, orange, bread, light formal notes, pine. Was surprised when I saw this was an imperial. Hides the alcohol well.

bottled - thanks Rob - see-through golden color. Super hoppy aroma and flavor. Good, but I’m not a huge fan of the double IPA’s and Imperial IPA’s.

It pours a golden color with tinges of orange and a large, off white head. There is a huge aroma of grapefruit with floral and pine elements. It has flavors of grapefruit, citrus, floral, and pine, It is on the lite side of moderate for the fell and the bittering effect on the palate lasts a long time.

A smooth operator on the palate. Bitter aside. It slides down unnoticed but leaves behind a fall leaves of a trail kick it up and enjoy it like it is fall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma - floral and citrus hops. Appearance - clean golden amber body, with a little nucleation - with a nice tight white head about 2" that hangs that. Taste - are floral and resiny, there is a bit of citrus as well. There is a crystal malt. Palate - body is on the light side of medium, the texture is slightly oiled, the carbonation is approaching lively, the finish is slightly abrupt with a hop bitterness.
