Perpetual IPA (Imperial Pale Ale, not India Pale Ale). In our constant evolution as a brewery, we’ve developed a drive to meld artisanal and mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. We’re always testing the boundaries of modern brewing.

It pours a golden color with tinges of orange and a large, off white head. There is a huge aroma of grapefruit with floral and pine elements. It has flavors of grapefruit, citrus, floral, and pine, It is on the lite side of moderate for the fell and the bittering effect on the palate lasts a long time.

Aroma - floral and citrus hops. Appearance - clean golden amber body, with a little nucleation - with a nice tight white head about 2" that hangs that. Taste - are floral and resiny, there is a bit of citrus as well. There is a crystal malt. Palate - body is on the light side of medium, the texture is slightly oiled, the carbonation is approaching lively, the finish is slightly abrupt with a hop bitterness.

Part of a sampler at Jet Rock at PHL terminal B. Citrus funk taste with moderate pine. Moderate bittering for a tasty beer. Clear gold-copper with full white head that lingered long.

Bottle. This is a big beast of an IPA that is pushing almost too far on the IBUs. Nice but rough on the taste buds

Draught Dense white head over faintly veiled yellow-orange-golden beer. Fruity hops, quite a bit of citrus. Sweet, even cloying, but not only because of restsugars, but also due to the hopoils! Really like pressed citruspeel. Medium bodied at least, really oily. Quite god IPA, the cloying goes away quickly, disappearing under the hopbitterness.
