Thanks to mikereaser for this one in a trade!
A-Body is a very foggy amber golden color. Pours with a 1/2 finger white head that fades to a thick collar but has great retention from there. Traces of lacing are left all the way down the glass.
S-Earthy and a bit nutty with a good amount of malt.
T- German malt and hops come through first with a bit of nuttiness and caramel in the background. The finish has some hoppy flavor but nothing over the top. Some nuttiness lingers on the palate.
P-Medium to high carbonation and a smooth, light, drinkable body.
O-A bit of a different spin on an O-fest but still nice to try. Hoppier than most I have come across and a bit lighter in color. Still enjoyable nonetheless and something I would like to see Troegs offer as a seasonal. I split this 12 oz bottle with my mom (she loves O-fests) and she really enjoyed it as well.

Golden color with a medium head. Aroma is quite malty and sweet with some light honey, bread, and mild citrus notes. Flavor is quite bready and sweet - lots of honey and some light hops. Solid finish. A very nice Oktoberfest brew!

Poured a faintly hazy amber color with a medium sized, tight and creamy, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, toast, nuts, and a light floral hoppiness. Taste of toasty dough, a bit of sweeter caramel, grass, some diactyl (but appropriate) and a dry, yeasty finish. Nice and crisp, not overly sticky like some oktoberfests can be.

Bottle poured into a pint glass produced a finger worth of tan head that trailed off to nothing. All this was on top of a clear copper colored body brew.
Aromas of bread, malts and a light hop’s filled my nose. The flavor that was the most pronounced was the sweet malt not to much bitter .Not to the place where I would call it sticky sweet but sweeter than most Octoberfest’s. I also picked up some nuttiness in it as well. Typical larger mouthfeel smooth easy drinking a great representation of the style and another fine brew from Tröegs.

Thanks Jason for sharing. The beer pours to a nice lightly hazy orange copper body with a thin white head. The aroma is autumn leaves and maple buns. The flavor is sweet maple buns and nougat with a light typical o-fest malt. The palate is medium bodied and mouth watering. I thought this was a pretty solid o-fest.

Pours amber with a thin white head. Smells toasty and nutty with some earthy hints. Tastes earthy and caramelly with some spicy hints on the finish. Breaddy mouthfeel.
