COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Another interpretation of the Session IPA style, Scratch #140 incorporates two completely disparate hop varieties. At one end of the spectrum is Chinook, the assertive American hop with a penchant for pungent pine and piquant herbs. At the other end we have Galaxy, an extremely fragrant Australian hop offering a bounty of citrus and tropical fruit. Don’t let the low ABV fool you! Scratch #140 packs a wicked punch in the aroma department and has ample hop bitterness to back it up. At only 4.3% ABV, you can afford to kick back and enjoy a few of these in one session.

keanex (1503) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - SEP 25, 2014
On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Hazy amber body with a creamy light tan head.
Aroma: The aroma is fruity with white peach, mango and oranges, not overly pungent but enjoyable and well balanced.
Taste: White peach rings throughout from start to finish with light bitterness, orange and grapefruit are mild.
Palate: Medium bodied, moderately carbonated.
Overall: This is a very nice session IPA, one that I would like to see make its way into six packs next Summer.

translucent amber, puffy ring, oily white cap. Manure dominant nose, spruce and lemon zest in background alongside cleaning agents. Dirty grain front palate is confused, light apricot and peach growing stronger growing strong through mid. The same dying dryness as 142 in the fizzy finish, light coin and mineral again as co2 dominates grain husk variety in the end.
