Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Hazy yellow. Sour pilsner aroma. Sour taste that has bitter elements. Not too great.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2009 12 oz bottle from Capones. Pours a very hazy light blonde/straw with a nice fluffly sticky white head and killer lace. Aroma is light lemon zest, herbal and flowery hops, with hints of bubblegum- tons of fresh doughy pils malts, and ligth crackery hints. Flavor is zesty and herbal hops- flowery, toasted malts, doughy bready pils, with a slight solvent lemon zest kick - light soap, yeasty dough, and continental noble hop floral and spicy kick. Clean and refreshing- dry and a nice medium bitterness. Kind of like an amped up sunshine with slightly different hops.

12oz bottle from Capone’s. Lovely pour, a hazy gold/straw with a nice fluffy head and some appealing sediment floating around (just enough to scream "craft beer" yo). Very sharp and yeasty aroma, with some hallertau or saaz hops in there too. Full mouthfeel and a nice lemongrass quality to the brew. Lengthy dry finish to a very good pils.

Bottle, courtesy markwise. Hazy golden color pour, thin white lacing, spattering of a head. Straw nose, some spices, dry grain and subdued malt. Hazy wheat flavors, some citrus, sweet malt. Thin, kinda flavorless overall, boring.

My mom was holding a 6 of this since it came out for me. Very tasty pils, very creamy in the mouth and delicious. I guess this was more like a Czech pils? Either way, big thumbs up.

12oz bottle courtesy of sholland119 poured into a pilsener glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with tons of bubbles streaming to the top and hedding a smallish white head that hangs on as a cap and leaves spotty lacing. The aroma is a little sweet for the style with a bit of honey sweetness on top of the toasted grains with hints of lemon and plenty of bready dough in the nose. Hints of light fruit sweetness in there too. The taste has a little bit more lemon up front and has a definite toasted malt presence for the back but with some honey sweetness. Mouthfeel is very creamy and smoother than most pilseners with soft carbonation. Another solid pilsener from PA and one of the best I’ve had in the style recently. Highly recommended.
