A damn fine beer, I would drink it until my liver gave way. Nothing offensive at all, just beer bliss. Would get again fo sho. Style says sweet stout, tasted like what a good RIS should taste like. Great nose similar to KBS, but without the bourbon, nice full mouthfeel, roasty, delicious

Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a very dark red to black color with an off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt with some chocolate. The flavor is dark fruit, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel and some smoke. The smoke was unexpected since I didn’t get it in the flavor, but complimented the other flavors nicely. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

A: The pour is a dark brown color with some nice ruby red highlights and a thin tan head.
S: The nose is highly chocolatey with some nice roast malt character. Not a lot going on, but quite nice.
T: This beer really lives up to its name: there’s tons of sweet, milk chocolate along with some additional milk on top of that. There’s a light roastiness, but the chocolate is really front and center.
M: The beer is smooth on the tongue with a medium body, but perhaps a bit thin on the body.
D: This was a fantastic beer. While it was sweet, it was not in the sugary, syrupy sense. A real easy drinking sweet stout.
