Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head Caramel, nutty, toasted, amber malts, grassy, knækbrød, ok - but light hoppy, fruity, medium malty, dried fruits. Nice.

Draft, sampled sequentially with 37, 38 & 39. Hazy amber body with small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some catty, apricot. Taste is moderately sweet, apricot, grapefruit, some pine, light burn. Medium body, some stickiness, resin.

12 oz bottle-pours a retaining tight foamy offwhite head with amber color. Aroma is pineapple/orange/pine hops with some medium malt. Taste is sweet pineapple/orange/pine hops with some bite, grainy/medium malt-caramel/bready. Slick mouthfeel. OK carbonation.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Dense beige head. Aroma of herbs, flowers, some bread, some caramel and grape. Flavour of flowers, herbs, caramel, vague pine and grape. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a dry and grapy bitterness.

Draft at Churchkey, side-by-side 37-38-39-40. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of pine!!! and Christmas tree. Taste is smooth and not too bitter. My favorite aroma of the four.
