Bottle from PUB’N. Pours turbid orangy straw with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is very mangoey, piney, and black peppery. Tastes orange marmaladey pale malty, with an overall sweetness, some honey, peppery, tannic, and floral notes. Complex and very good.

Ughsmash (7122) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 12, 2011
Bottled. Poured hazy medium golden with quite a bit of sediment.. short, dense off-white head. The aroma picked up juicy pine and grapefruit hops, with some oranges showing as it warmed up.. soft honey-kissed pale malts supported.. well-balanced and enticing. The flavor found bready and honey malts at the core, with grainy orange, grassy, and dried pine bitterness laced through and extending outward.. fairly sharp on the back-end, with bitterness and some sourness taking over.. decent. Medium-bodied with tight carbonation on the palate.. just and OK feel and flow.. this started better than it finished.

12oz bottle. Clear bright copper in color with a very small white head. The aroma is citrusy and herbal with orange, peach, and tangerine notes along with a little sweet malt. The flavor has a mildly sweet sugary malt base and big rough citrus notes, mainly tangerine and peach with a little apricot. Some orange marmalade. Medium body with decent dryness and some resins on the palate. Good stuff overall. Not like a lot of other IPAs out there.
