Bottle, courtesy tpd975. Pours a hazy caramel color, with a fizzy white head and wet ring of lacing on the glass. Nose of dark ripe fruit, chocolate, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, some apple and zest. Flavor is creamy chocolate and caramel, some slight roast, wheat and very smooth flavors throughout the beer. Very full-bodied, creamy. Tons of flavor, and nicely balanced.

Bottle (12oz). Shared by blankboy with me and garthicus. Clear deep amber pour with a smallish frothy head. Sweet medium-roast malt aroma, with a hint of oil-based paint and floral bitterness. The taste was frankly odd - not bad, but all over the place - like apple jack, cocoa, marigolds and alcohol. Light-bodied and still, noticeably astringent, with a pungently floral/bitter finish - not a bad brew, but a tad weak.
