Commercial Description:
Red and white wheat combined with darker malts add body to this hazy, unfiltered ale. Fermented with the same yeast as DreamWeaver Wheat replicating the pepper, clove and all-spice flavors found in our year-round beer.

19.1 Plato, 7.9% ABV, 18 IBU. Made with pils and crystal malt, red and white wheat, and magnum and German Northern Brewers hops.

(bottle, thanks Tytoanderso) Pours cloudy brown with a thick off-white head. Aroma is just huge with banana, clove, gumball, strawberry, and some raisin as well. This aroma is really wonderful. The taste does not disappoint, with a substantial amount of banana, caramel in the beginning, the mid-palate produces some spicy clove, and the finish is clean and provides that great wheaty twang. This is a really high quality weizenbock, and is incredibly underrated.

12 oz bottle thanks to Dickinsonbeer, thanks Paul. Pours a murky brown with a lively foamy off white head that settles down and leaves a nice slick of foam that lasts the entire time I sipped this one. Aroma is sweet, lots of raisin, grapes, honey, grains, wheat and slight alcohol. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, light carbonation and a slight touch of dryness on the finsish. Flavor doesn’t come across as great as the aroma with some wheat, bread, sourness, and rotting fruit flavors showing up. Not a bad try but nothing that is gonna make this brewery an east coast meca.

Bottle courtesy Gillard. Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of heavy clove, banana, and wheat. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Decent

Pours a cloudy moderate hue of brown with a small lacing head. Aroma is of some light banana and some spice, maybe a little apple in there too. Taste is well balanced, banana, brown sugar some spice and a slight strange sweetness in there. Solid

Bottle. Body-looks like hazy muddy tea with a thin foamy bubble ring. Kind of looks like diarrhea. Nose-apple, flat hops, unfiltered apple cider, boozy. Taste-dusty, vegetal, lots of spice, some light phenols, lightly hops, sawdust, fruity, unusual, but it grows on you in a weird kind of way.

Bottle sampled. Pours cloudy amber/brown with a good size beige head. Aroma of bananas, spices, and cloves. The flavor is sweet, cloves, brown sugar, bananas, all-spices, and caramel. Good body, nicely done..
