Commercial Description:
Red and white wheat combined with darker malts add body to this hazy, unfiltered ale. Fermented with the same yeast as DreamWeaver Wheat replicating the pepper, clove and all-spice flavors found in our year-round beer.

19.1 Plato, 7.9% ABV, 18 IBU. Made with pils and crystal malt, red and white wheat, and magnum and German Northern Brewers hops.

Pours dark, cloudy brown with 1-finger head. Aroma of banana, clove, spices, nutmeg - typical of the style, but very well done here. Well balanced sweetness, a little warming alcohol on the finish. Highly drinkable, could easily down 3-4 of these. One of the best Troegs beers I’ve had.

Pours a muddy brown orange. Hazy with a lasting velvety head. Aroma is strongly fruity, with notes of banana, clove, bubble gum, wheat, caramel malts. The flavor is closely related with lots of sweet malt combining with banana, clove, and bubble gum. Finishes with a nice wheat crisp/tart effect. Slightly warming.

Shared, thanks to dickinsonbeer. Brown-orange-amber pour (my color perception abilities suffer after drinking a lot i guess). Aroma is lightly tart, spices and bubblegum. Flavor is bubblegum sweet, grainy malt, light roast, and general tartness.

12 oz bottle from Odeed; one of my favorite styles; Nose of bananas, caramel, yeast, cloves, andbreadiness; very cloudy brown with a medium reddish beige head; flavor of banana, brown sugar, cloves, and some nutmeg; finish is a tiny bit of hops, nutmeg, and a hint of warmth! Damn good weisenbock! More complex than most impy stouts! Almost as godd as the Livery and my Fav Valley Effingud!

12 oz bottle split with Mro and Pitel. This beer pours a dark, murky brown with small to no dissipating head. The aroma is wheat and spice. Taste is wheat and malt. Good beer, hides the 8% fairly well too.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of jasonmech77 - Pours a cloudy deep amber color with a 1/2 finger thick off white head that faded quick. Light spotty lacing. Aroma is mainly esters (banana) and light spice. Flavor is malt, esters and spice (clove). Soft on the palate. Medium body. A pretty good beer. Thanks to Jason for keeping this series going for me.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of spices, yeast, clove, caramel, banana, toasting, and some alcohol. Poured a medium brown color with a small, tan head that diminished over time. Cloudy. Opaque. Lightly sweet flavor. Tastes of spices, cloves, pepper, brown sugar, herbal hops, banana, and caramel. Medium body. Slightly texture. Soft carbonation. Clove, brown sugar, finish. Delicious.
