Troegs Sunshine Pils is hand-crafted in our small brewery using only malted barley, noble hops and bottom-fermenting yeast. This pilsner delivers a refreshing hop bitterness and a zesty, vibrant finish.

Floral, spicy hop aroma with a hint is citrus. Appearance is yellow gold and is crystal clear with a white head with good retention. Flavor has hints of lemon, spice, flowers and crackers. Bitterness is medium high leading to a crisp character. Overall, it's a good beer. I would prefer more bitterness and hop character though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BOD 4/28/15. Clear golden pour. World class head volume, lacing and retention. Nice malty nose of biscuit complete with graininess. Only a touch of spicy hops are present. Light body with a touch of smoothness. Slightly above normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice burst in the finish. The flavor profile is borderline outstanding. It begins with a burst of noble hop flavor with just a touch of spice. Underneath is a light biscuit sweetness. A mild flavorful bitterness appears in the middle. The finish is crisp and a noble hop bitterness lingers.
