Yellow in color with large white head. Smells of hops and lemons. Tastes lemony with hop bitterness that gives way to dry finish. A very good pils on a hot summer day.

Very light golden color with thin whote head. Floral aroma with light hoppy finish. Very drinkable and thirst quenching.

Pours a lemon juice (but clear) golden pale yellow. Dish soap frothy head. Not nessesarily the most pleasant bouquet, almost skunky, but also grassy (A bit like scotch tape). Drinks with a lite bite, generally lemony and slight sweet and bitter. Generaly a pleasant summer beer, defintiely session worthy. Light bite on the back of the tongue (hops?), lightly malted and wheaty. (Bottle Pour 6/19/2006)

Bottle. Pale golden color. Gerat aroma, but very pilsner like, so that’s a plus. Grassy with some malty flavors. Great flavors, etc.

Original Rating: Pours a pale golden yellow color with an ok head and no lacing. The aroma was of strong grass. The flavor was a blend of pils malts with grass also present. Body was really really thin, although the flavor wasn’t watery weak. A mediocre example of the style, otherwise a decent drinkable beer overall. Re-rate, 7/08: Not much to change on this one, grainy malts also emphasized to the point of slight sweetness, yet still a pretty drinkable brew.

I’m addicted to this pils. aroma is spicy noble hops with a nice clean malt in the backround. pours pale gold with a big fluffy white head that really stays and laces. flavor is right on, crisp, dry, and hoppy with a good clean malt backbone. light and refreshing body. Excellent.

On tap at the Drafting Room in Spring House. Pours a translucent golden straw color with an average bubbly white head that retained and left a bunch of lacing. Bubbly carbonation. Aroma of pils malt, grains, grass and grapefruit. Flavor of citrus, grass, grains and a lighter bitterness. A solid Pils for sure.

On tap at Good Dog. Stuffy, smoky place, hard to smell much arom. looks like your usual yellow piss type beer. Taste has got some metal lager tang and doesn’t taste too far removed from budweiser. No particular hop or malt coming through, just a one dimensional low flavor beer. Overrated, Troegs weakest offering.
