Pours pale yellow with a modest head. Refreshing amount of carbonation , the forward flavor of the hop is nice, earthy, aromatic in the nose, and the aftertaste is crisp and earthy. Very IPA like in flavor. A well done summer all day brew.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Growler from Growlers to Go in Richmond The pils poured a clear gold color with a big frothy head. There was nice lacing down the glass. You detect pale malts and some honey. The taste has cereals and floral hops The pils had a medium body with average carbonation. This is a nice beer with a crisp dry finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deaughg @ Albion. Clear pale yellow with small white foamy head, faint doughy aroma, high carbonation, bitterish yeast taste, abrupt finish with enduring bitterness on palate. Not a great pilsner

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
12 oz. can into a pilsner
Canned on 04/17/15 so only 2 weeks old.
I am excited to finally get to try this since I’ve heard good things a bout it for years but never saw it in NC.
A: pours a pretty clear pale gold with a tall fine white head and slightly above average amount of carbonation. Very nice lacing.
S: Herbal or floral hop scent with sharp malt crackers or sourdough just below.
T: Crisp crackers up front. Sharp hop bite follows. Kind of spicy/peppery hop flavor. Slight biscuit note as it warms. Great balance.
M: Light bodied, crisp and stiff going down. Refreshing to say the least. Nice bubble scrub. Finishes very clean and dry.
O: I have to say this was worth the wait! Nice bracing, refreshing pilsner with the low ABV (4.5%) that I particularly like. Very well done. I’m glad i bought a whole 12 pack and will buy more. Excellent!
