scrizzz (1252), kirkland, Washington, USA May 27, 2009 I just don’t dig Pisners. Maybe it’s because they are too close to the macro styles. Strong dry cracked pilsner malt aroma, clear bright pale yellow. Dry and dry and metallic. I don’t get hops on the finish, just brittle sun scorched grain. Sorry. Nephilium (541), Ohio, USA May 23, 2009 Very slight aroma of hops. Pours a clear light yellow, with a quickly fading white head. Nice crisp flavor, with a bit more hop noticeable then most pilsners. Light on the palate, as expected. Overall, not a bad beer, and maybe a good one to get people into Craft beers. joeyplush (328), Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA May 23, 2009 I look forward to seeing this beer show up at the beginning of the summer. Nice lemony aroma and flavor from the citrusy noble hops. Appearance is cloudy yellow with a thick white head. This beer tastes best served ice cold on a super hot afternoon. runandrow (8), Pennsylvania, USA does not count May 22, 2009 Bottle: Pours a clear straw color with a white fluffy head. Light bodied with a citrus-lemon and nice crisp hoppy finish. A very well done pilsner with a nice hop profile and no off tastes. WeeHeavySD (2942), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA May 17, 2009 12oz, cooler label than the one shown. Pours golden yellow with a bright white head. Nose is hoppy and well balanced with a pils nose. Taste is sweet, very drinkable and all in all quite enjoyable. Yum. jvmiller (532), Bel Air, Maryland, USA May 15, 2009 didn’t like this one, had a funk, too bitter in a bad way. didn’t like the hop profile, it was bad. look i’m just saying, not good. tomthompson89 (1460), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 11, 2009 paleish yellow little white foam. kinda saaz nose grassy. flavor is sweet grassy hops and the malt intertwines decently its kinda grainy ok but not great hopson (591), Williamsville, New York, USA May 11, 2009 bottle- very tasty- big time saaz hop aroma and flavor do not disappoint- label says it all- crisp. hoppy. pilsner- very nice- not as strong and hoppy as the prima, but more sessionable in a way.
