Draught, "Nuit de la Fraîcheur" at the brewery
Cloudy orange color. Real aroma of ripe apricots, the real fruit, not jam. Correct body strength, some residual sweetness, good subtle malt flavor and yellow fruits. Pleasant and refreshing.

draught@brewery, Nuit de la Fraîcheur - cloudy dark orange colour with a modest head retention; fair aroma of apricots peel with light spicy notes (coriander and candi sugar); a solid sweetness and a moderate malt body; light sourish notes before long notes of apricots and coriander again - the less interesting of those special Fraîcheur but still a nice work from Raphaël who probably reached the maximum you can go with such dangerous experiments
