Bottle. Thanks nightfall. Pours hazy orange with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has oranges, mild tartness, citrus, grapefruit, mild wheat. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has oranges, mild tartness, sweet wheat. Very fresh and drinkable.

Tap at CK thanks to Travlr. Pours a full haze, deeper peach. Medium head. Nose is sweet esters. Taste is minerally, aerated, sweeter, sugar cube. Comes across as a Tripel vs a Wit. Eh.

Draft at Churchkey. Cloudy peach pour with a huge fluffy white head. Nose holds nice spicy orange zest, coriander, a touch of chamomile, and light nectar fruit. The flavor is much the same, with bits of lemon mixing in with the orange and pretty hibiscus-type floral tinges. Quite a nice wit.

A pretty solid witbier. Spicy and it has a nice grapefruity bitterness. Like citrus rind. Interesting.

750ml capped bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles slowly revealing a thin spotty lattice of lace. Aroma is yeasty with some light citrus and fruits. Taste is fruity and yeasty with some herbal hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied with some effervescent carbonation yielding a nice mouthfeel. Overall, quite a nice malty witbier and highly recommended for those who want something a little different for the style.

A hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, a lightly sour acidic malt with fruity esters, sour cherries. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with light epsom salts, light berry sourness, nice and smooth. Bieropholie import, tasted May 13 2012.

Bouteille 33 cl du Bierladen - Schwarzenburg (CH). C’est une bière qui me semble s’être bien améliorée. Blonde trouble à courte mousse et pétillement champagnisé. Nez frais de blé, épices, coriandre et orange. La bouche est harmonieuse, acidulée et ronde de notes fruitées d’orange et citron. Richesse maltée et notes de biscuits, levure et coriandre, amertume légère et herbacée. Une vraie fraîcheur vespérale au milieu d’un champ de blé, pas à ski !
