11.2 oz. bottle, split with Matts_Property, pours murky orange with a small head. Very fruity aroma of peaches, dried apricot, mango and citrusy hops. Flavour is more bitter and hoppy than the nose suggests, though the very fruity presence is still there. Mango, peaches and apricots form the body underneath some potent resinous hops, with then linger on and on. Wonderful IIPA.

Bold tasty DIPA, though pricey. A good hop selection. A tad of sourness. Ken’s bottle.

Dry and hoppy with hints of pine, not really that bad, just not among the best.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is medium to dark amber. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, cookie, toasted grain), moderately hoppy (apricot, resin), moderately yeasty (dough), with notes of dried mango, black tea, and alcohol. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium to full body, syrupy/velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Although I’m not fond of the doughy yeast or resinous hop notes, there are plenty of other aromatic components that are attractive...overall pleasant. The flavor balance is also quite good for the style...it’s not overboard with sticky sweetness nor overly abrasive with bittering hops. Good for the style.

Deep amber pour with a tight white head. The aroma is lovely, soft and hoppy with notes of mango and pineapple. Some light juicy fruit and passionfruit aroma as well. Fairly rich and sweet, but it works quite well despite that.

Bottled. @ Moeder Lambic. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of herbs, flowers, citrus and caramel. Flavour of herbs, caramel, flowers and some grassy and sweet notes. Medium to full bodied. Has a floral bitterness in the end.

Deep amber color, small white head. American hoppy - heavy juicy hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Sticky very hoppy American hoppy flavor. Not very heavy maltyness. Some alcohol. Very much in (American) DIPA style, but not one of my favourites. Well-brewed anyway, Trois Dames is a quality brewery.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts along with some fruity and floral notes. A bit toffeeish as well. Alcohol gives a slight sting to it. Flavour is alcohol, some fruits and mild floral and grassy notes. Alcohol burns quite a bit. Quite bittery and dry in the finish.

Cloudy dark orange pour. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, some mango and caramel. Flavor is citrus, peppery, some caramel and bread notes. Bitter, but a good malt balance. Nice beer.

330ml Bottle: Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, slight caramel, and slight tea. Poured orange in color with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, off-white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny and small particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, slight herbs, hops, slight flowers, slight grass, and a hint of wood. Medium body. Slick, creamy, texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hops, and slight caramel finish. 9%ABV is completely hidden throughout.
