3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
The Aroma is pretty one dimensional, grapes and must. The pour was a very light and clear golden yellow with almost no head. The taste was mostly sweet with a little bit of tartness towards the end. The body was very light and effervescent. Overall it was actually a little disappointing not very sour and in comparison to the no. 2 it was overly dominated by the grapes.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Alewife, Queens tap: Pours really cloudy whitish yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grape, wheat, acid, and some fruitiness. Taste had a nice sourness to it, but not particularly strong. Nice wit features throughout. A bit spicy and fruity. Very refreshing, especially considering the high alcohol content.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
First hit of this just-tapped at Local 44 in Philly. Hazy gold pour, nice foamy white head. Perfect looking beer. Funky tart barnyard aroma with notes of yeast and lemon. Great lemony flavor; sweet, tart, very well balanced. Very solid beer.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Another bottle bought in blind haste luckily I hadn’t rated prior since it looks like I had #2 rouge version. This pours a white wine coloration with thin head. Nose is grapes and must not surprisingly. Tastes of white grapes, must, pears, vino, floral, and slight tonic water. Pretty thin palate and drying finish. Not all that sour at all good use a lunch of tartness and stronger flavor.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap sample. Poured a hazy amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour and tannic wood aroma. Medium body with a dry smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet and sour finish of moderate duration. Complex beer that surpassed my expectations.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle (dregs) ... Cloudy pear-colored pour with no head. The bouquet is an assortment of earthy, woody, tangy, fruity and spicy notes accompanied by a hint of vanilla. Full-bodied with lazy carbonation. Sweet pale grains, tart acidity and yeasty bitterness provide near-perfect balance. Tangy finish with a smidge of bread-crust bitterness. 3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2oz capped bottle, from Dutch’s. $6.49 retail in Ohio. Clear golden color. Thin ring of white head, loose dots of lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly dry texture. Medium body. Tastes lighter than 8%. Pretty bright, kind of refreshing even... Kinda like white wines.. Some wild yeast in the nose, light tartness in the flavor, but more sweet overall. Nice wood, white grape in the nose. Some citrus. Pretty nice, enjoyable stuff. Better than expected.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy tan body, thin head. Gentle, nuanced sour wheat nose without the overwhelming vinegar or tartness of some beers of the style. Soft, light malting. The body too is softly malted with an easy sourness throughout. Restrained and quite refreshing.
