Bottle. Poured a hazy reddish amber color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour, dark fruit and tannic wood aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & grape flavor with a medium to heavy grape & sour finish of moderate duration. This is a complex beer.

11.2 oz bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a slightly hazy pinkish golden color with some soapy bubbles. The aroma and flavor have a very mild tart/sour character, vinous, tannins, wood, grape juice, musty, interesting brew.

Bottle... Cloudy amber pour with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is musty, dusty and lightly fruity with mild acidity and a hint of leather. Full-bodied and mildly creamy with tingly carbonation. The flavor is tart, fruity and and moderately bitter, but also lightly sweet. Finishes tangy with lingering yeasty bitterness. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!

11.2oz bottle, from Dutchís. $6.49 retail in OH. Mostly clear red orange color. Mildly hazy. Thin, bubbly white head. No lace sticks. Trying this right after trying the white version.. Definitely mustier than the white. Some more darker flavors, some bruised red apple, pear, fresh lightly tart red grapes with a lot of skin character. Not as bright or crisp as the white, but a more interesting, complex aroma. Not as tart as the white either. More sweet taste, with a more dry finish. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Solid, interesting stuff. I prefer the white version by a hair, but this is good in a different way.

Bottle. Pours pink grapefruit with off white head ring. Nose of sugared grapefruit, oak, port wine and old cherries. Taste is the same, but a bit grainy/cardboard. Finishes grape/wine. Medium body. Interesting.

Wish it were more sour. It really fades towards the end. Nose is farely tight. Would not guess this was 8%.

330 ml bottle. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a hazy orange/amber color with about a quarter inch off-white head that fizzled away quickly. Not much lacing at all. Aroma seems a bit weak, it smells like red grapes, cherries, and grainy malt/wheat. The brew tastes like red grapes/wine, tart cherries, raisins, and grainy/wheat malt. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, itís a bit slick with moderate carbonation. I think itís an OK brew, but I canít say I was impressed with it. Worth a try once, but I donít think Iíd buy it again. $6.49 a bottle.

Bottle@Home. Medicinal aroma with tangerine in the background. Orange colour, off-white tiny head, no lace. Citric, sour, light malty, light medicinal. Thin.
