2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 fiulijn (12360) - Malmö, DENMARK - JUL 5, 2012
Capped bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier With a fizzy sound it pours a cloudy deep blond color; like the barrel aged sister, the head has short retention. The aroma is mild and a bit strange, there is some malt and bread dough. Light malt flavor, with bread dough notes and without the expected white wine; the bitterness seems quite low; in the final there is a very light fruity and sour touch. This version has no acidity, no grapes, no fruits, no character. It doesn’t stand up against the previous sister.
