Pours clear honey brown with an ephemeral buff head. Aroma presents strong, sour fruit note of pear, apple and a little cherry. Flavor delivers tart but not fiercely sour fruit with a hint of malt. Mouthfeel features firm body, subtle fizz, and a sour fruit finish. Pucker up!

The aroma includes lemon, raspberry and bread. Body is a soft ruby haze. Sweet and heavy on the tartness to start. It does finish on the dry side. This will make you pucker up.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Lots of raspberry, typical saison yeastiness. Hints of funk. Good tartness, not overdone at all. A bit murky in color.

Basically a very nice blonde brett with a hint of natural raspberry. My bottle was missing a few ounces so I thought it might be flat. I was surprised when it popped upon opening. I got another surprise at the nasty grime on the inside of the cap and rim of the bottle. I wiped most of it away and the beer seems about unaffected. Almost no raspberry in aroma..

Aroma is raspberries, fruit peel/spices and slightly musty. The flavor is raspberries, melon/fruit peel and a strong tartness/sourness into the finish.

Poured at Shelton Fest in St. Pete. Mostly yellow with slight pink hue and moderate head. Aroma is tart raspberries and strawberries with some grass and straw. Taste is really sour raspberries and strawberries, grass, straw, and wicker. BIG carb (too big?) and medium light body.

Draught at Stone Liberty Station, San Diego. "Sour Saturday" during SDBW 2015. Cloudy deep orange beer with a nice lasting offwhite/yellowish head. Sourish earthy aroma, raspberries, grapes, funky notes, yeast, some wild strawberries. Sourish rubber aroma, raspberries, earthy, floral, some rubber. Quite nice.

[Bottle (330ml) at Volo shared with HogTownHarry] Pours a murky dark copper with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sour raspberries first followed by vinegar, funky yeast, herbs and a hint of cheese. Flavour follows the aroma and is a touch astringent. Really dry finish. Medium bodied. Not much Saison base present at all but it’s a good beer regardless,

Bottle at WVRST. Strong aroma of sour tart raspberries and lemon and straw. Same flavours. Orangish yellow with white head. Lovely tartness. Puckering sourness.
