Great saison. Sweatness of mango. I love this kind of beer with the best of Belgium in a foreign bottle. Buy!!!!

Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head...really nice lacing and retention. Aroma has a good bit of spice...peppery and earthy...sone light rind and leather. Flavor follows suit...great delicate balance between spice and earthy leathery notes...some grapefruity rind...clean and very tasty. Mouthfeel is light and very silky with a dry leathery/rindy bitter finish. Just awesome!

Blonde pale, voilée. Bonne mousse assez persistante. Au nez bien houblonnée citrus et floral. Levures. Bien bien sympa au nez. En bouche l’amertume et légère, agréable et durable. Toute légère acidité. Citrus. Bon corps, petite carbonatation. Pas mal pas mal cte saison...

First rating 2015 :) Cloudy yellow color with medium stable head. Grassy-herbal hops complement a nice dry spicy saison taste. A hint of gooseberries in the aroma there. Perly carbonation, gone rather quickly. Does not have the metallic finish that I often have with Trois Dames. Not as amazing as aroma-hopped saisons, but still very nice!

Cloudy yellow color, lasting foam layer. Smells comparable to the fraicheur (trois dames witbeer). Crispy carbonation with some herbs in the taste. Very refreshing, like a much more interesting saison.

Bottle @ home. Hazy straw colored with a massive head, good retention and thick lacing. Dry and fruity aroma with toast, hay, citrus, some leather and white pepper. Dry and crisp, light bodied mouth feel with mid to high carbonation. Flavors of lemon zest, oranges, hay, wheat, bread, pepper. A good, well balanced and enjoyable Saison.

Bottle from SB. Pours four fingers of head. Aroma is like many saison but with a little more hops. Taste is dry and bitter, a little sour. A good beer!
