Cloudy amber color, very lively beer, big steady head. The aroma is delicate, spicy. Good malt flavor, dry, spicy, with a positive presence of Belgian yeast and with a strong bitterness. Very good.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, rich airy head. Funky orangey wheat malt a<roma. Sweetish and lively with freshly mown grass, winegum and spices. Vinous and concentrated. rather low bitterness. Really good!

Pours a hazy bronze, very lively, big puffy head. Amazingly complex spicy nose, black pepper, aniseed, licorice, coriander, citrus and more... although no spices are used. Clearly a result of the warm-ish fermentation with a saison yeast. Same spicy, peppery palate, with sizeable fruitiness and a nice hoppy edge, lingering, complex, crisp finish. Definitely more complex than its Saison Houblon stablemate, and truly unexpected in the Swiss landscape.

Bottled, thanks omhper! Pours out in a cloudy dark yellow colour with a rich eruptive white foam. Dry and fresh fruity aroma of lemon, hay, cumin, herbs, cinnamon, funk and oranges. Medium-bodied with touches of lemon, cumin,, coriander, yeast, pepper and lavendel. Dryish and fresh finish of yeast, pale biscuity malts, orange-peels and herbs. Another nice beer from Trios Dames!

Golden, huge rocky head. Malty nose with yeast, spicess and hay-like hops. Some citric wheat and light smokiness even. Flavor yeasty and spicy, wheat malt and bitter hops in the dry, a bit chalky finish. Hint of warming alcohol. Medium bodied, quite light palate. Nice spicy saison.

Orange color with floating yeast particles, huge cloudy white head - very lively beer. Spicey, peppery, almost glueish aroma - typical saison. Dry, fizzy carbonation, peppery with some fruity sweetness. Spicey aftertaste. Solid saison. Excellent brewery!

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, huge foamy white head. Aroma is very fruity, spicy and mildly yeasty. Also some mild sourness and earthyness is lurking in there. Flavour is very fruity, mildly herbal and some earthy and yeastyness. Wellbalanced and nice session beer. Seems to be a very solid brewer.

Pours a cloudy peachy color with a thick, frothy, offwhite head. Attractive aroma of yeast, spices and fruits. Good flavor of yeast, spices and fruits with a dry finish. The body is medium with a creamy texture and lively carbonation.

Bottle Mondial. Sour fruit aroma, mildly farmyard, dark hazy brown, small off-white head. Starts with a very malty taste, fruit, some yeast qualities. Mildly acidic, dry and yet refreshing. Very good. My first saison from Switzerland.

Cloudy dark golden body with a large white head. Lush body with a mouthfeel that is full yet silky. Just enough lightly roasted malts with a light touch of caramel but as expected the main attraction is the wild fruity yeast with its citrus, banana and bubble gum flavours. Lots of bubbles yet never aggressive. Refreshing light tartness. This is not an intense beer, it is rather a highly drinkable Saison that you just cannot get tired of. A full bottle would have been more appropriated than my generous 6oz tasting sample. Excellent session Saison from a country where they call swiss cheese… well… cheese.
